On December 11th, members and staff came together to celebrate the annual Friends Life Care Holiday Member Meeting. Held at the elegant Cedarbrook Country Club, the event brought over 140 members together to share in the holiday spirit, enjoy delicious food, and connect with fellow members and Care Coordinators.

Interactive Stations

Once attendees finished checking in, they had the opportunity to visit multiple interactive stations hosted by Friends Life Care staff from the Care Coordination, Marketing, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, & Belonging) teams.

These stations offered members the chance to discover more about programs, resources, and benefits available through Friends Life Care. The interactive setup provided an inviting space for members to ask questions, engage in meaningful conversations, and gain deeper insights into the organization’s offerings.

Picture-Perfect Moments

This year’s standout attraction was the photo booth. Members told us that they had a blast striking poses in front of a beautiful wintery backdrop. The photo booth was a hit, creating lasting memories and plenty of smiles to carry into the holiday season.

Warm Welcome 

Before inviting everyone to enjoy the breakfast buffet, Joe Conner, Friends Life Care’s Interim CEO, welcomed attendees and provided updates on the organization’s upcoming plans for 2025. His remarks highlighted Friend Life Care’s commitment to members and our mission.

Icebreaker Game

Members had the option to engage in a fun icebreaker game while dining, which provided a great way to spark conversations between seatmates. Following the event, many participants shared that they greatly enjoyed the activity and were grateful for the chance to network with others at their tables and foster new connections!

Exciting Raffle Prizes

One highlight of the meeting was the raffle, where a few lucky individuals took home beautifully curated, winter-themed gift baskets.

Each basket was thoughtfully assembled and included cozy items like blankets, delicious snacks, and holiday-themed goodies. Before leaving at the end of the event, excited winners posed to show off their prizes!

A Celebration of Community

The Holiday Member Meeting was a highlight of the year again in 2024, providing the opportunity for the organization to show our appreciation to members. We’re grateful to all who joined and helped make the event memorable!
