Joe Conner, MBA, CPA (he/him)

President/CEO

Joe serves as the President/CEO of Friends Life Care Partners. In this role, Joe is responsible for the operation and performance of nonprofit organizations: Friends Life Care Partners (parent company) and Friends Life Care ( continuing care at home offering). Prior to this role, Joe served as Executive Vice President of Friends Life Care Partners and its subsidiary corporations.

Joe joined Friends Life Care Partners in 2019. He brings over 15 years of executive-level not-for-profit management experience having been the CFO at a biomedical research & development organization and a standard-setting organization in the electric industry.  Joe received his undergraduate degree in accounting from DeSales University and his MBA from Jefferson University. He has also completed graduate-level studies in commercial contract management from Villanova University.

He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). When away from work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, and competing in runs and races.
