Our team of Care Coordinators is comprised of highly trained professionals with years of health and wellness industry experience. They take great pride in becoming your trusted advocate, they are able to anticipate your needs and resolve issues related to keeping your independence.

Friends Life Care’s is pleased to announce the addition of Dahlia Klein, MSW, BS to the Care Coordination team. Dahlia earned her MSW degree and certificate in gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining Friends Life Care, she worked at a Pittsburgh area continuing care at home program where she managed a caseload of older adults and worked to help them age successfully in the comfort of their own home.

    Since joining the FLC Care Coordination team, I have felt an overwhelming sense of support and investment from coworkers and upper management. It is a true “team” where their professional diversity and expertise play a major role in their commitment to their members. I am excited to be part of such a hard working and dedicated group.   

Dahlia likes being able to create meaningful relationships while helping those in need. She is inspired by learning from those she serves on a daily basis.
