Don was a visionary leader who dedicated his life to serving older adults and promoting their dignity and independence. He was a pastoral minister in the Quaker Church and Clerk of the American Section Friends World Committee for Consultation.
And he was also a former CEO of Foulkeways at Gwynedd. Way back in 1967, Foulkeways started as the first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Pennsylvania and the first Quaker CCRC in the United States.

Courtesy of a Friends Foundation for the Aging grant, in 2022, Friends Life Care (FLC) delivered Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) to select Friends Life Care members.
