Workshop leader:  Todd Serinsky, Doctor of Chiropractic Join this series if like many others, you are ready to recapture the level of fitness needed for physical stability and learn proper body mechanics for everyday movements. This is not an exercise class, this is a “how to move in order to minimize pain and maximize safety and effectiveness” class. Dr. Todd Serinsky has a passion for functional fitness and overall wellness. In addition to a Chiropractic degree and Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Human Biology, he has taken over 400 hours of postgraduate training. Dr. Serinsky has a special interest in sports medicine and has received several postgraduate certifications, one of which is in Active Release Technique (ART). Eighty percent of professional sports teams in the U.S. utilize ART practitioners to improve performance before events and to allow for faster healing of injuries. As an onsite practitioner at triathlons and marathons, Dr. Serinsky is experienced at helping people safely function at the highest levels of fitness. Dr. Serinsky will focus on the following foundations of fitness stability: • Take back structural control of your body • The most important exercises to do every day and how to do them • Learn what is truth and what is myth regarding fitness and exercise
