Patti recently joined Friends Life Care as a Care Coordinator in June of 2022.  She is a Licensed, Master’s level Social Worker, and also is a Certified Grief Counselor and Certified Celebrant.  Patti spent over 17 years working in hospice care, first as a Social Worker and then for 10 years in hospice management.  She has a part-time life coaching practice focusing on grief and loss issues.  Patti has always found inspiration in working with those in their golden years, and feels that we all have so many valuable lessons to learn from them on aging well.  This is especially true as she gets closer to these years herself, and realizes the wisdom that comes with aging! 

In her spare time, Patti enjoys playing tennis and Pickleball on a regular basis year round.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their son, Ben, and his wife, Brittany.  They vacation together every September in Hilton Head, South Carolina.  Patti also enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing the piano.  She has recently taken up the game of golf in order to be able to spend  more time with her family who plays regularly, but is far from being able to call herself a golfer!
