Lindsay is a licensed occupational therapist with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). She has over a decade of experience working in acute care and skilled nursing settings, supporting independence, safety, and quality of life throughout the aging process. She also spent five years in academia educating and mentoring future occupational therapists, with an emphasis on clinical skills, health promotion, and wellness-based care. 

Lindsay is passionate about preventative health and wellness throughout the aging journey. Her approach emphasizes proactive care, thoughtful lifestyle modifications, and timely interventions designed to support long-term function, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. 

Outside of her professional work, Lindsay enjoys traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, and getting lost in a good book, activities that reflect her belief in staying active, curious, and engaged at every age.
