Maureen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University in Exercise Physiology with focus on Rehabilitation Therapies. Her career centered in the clinical setting at Abington Jefferson Health as an Exercise Physiologist, working in Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, Physical Therapy, and Fitness Institute. She has led many types of exercise classes over the years, most recently aquatics classes and a Parkinson’s Exercise Maintenance class. In addition to her professional career, Maureen pursues art as a hobby and therapeutic outlet. Maureen’s life work and passion has been centered around wellness and helping people achieve their happiest and healthiest selves.
