Jennifer has 20 years of experience working for Philadelphia non-profits serving older adults and people with disabilities, in roles including care manager and long term care ombudsman. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Haverford College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany.

Jennifer enjoys building relationships with members, creating connections with community resources, and promoting wellness approaches to improve quality of life for people as they age.
