Erin joined Friends Life Care in 2022 and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from West Chester University and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. She specializes in geriatrics and is certified by NASW as an Advanced Social Worker in Gerontology (ASW-G). Erin has been working in the healthcare field for 11 years. She spent the past 10 years working with older adults in a continuing care retirement community setting where she oversaw the Social Services departments responsible for the Independent Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care areas. She supported residents in this setting throughout the pandemic as a frontline worker.

Erin enjoys working with members to find solutions to enhance their quality of life using a person-centered approach so they can live the best life possible. In her free time, she enjoys boating at the Jersey shore, traveling, arts & crafts, decorating for every holiday, and spending time with her husband, cats, and dog.
