Washington Crossing Park preserves the site George Washington crossed the Delaware River turning the tide of the Revolutionary War. We start by watching a 15 minute film. That is, followed by a 45 minute walking tour. This tour reveals the story of the crucial ten-day campaign; including why General Washington chose the location and the role of ferries and inns. After the tour, you may lunch on your own at the Washington Crossing Inn.
