Workshop leader:  Tina Devine, MA Living in our natural state of relaxed presence is a skill we can develop with patience and attention. In this experiential workshop we’ll explore our perception of stress and learn some techniques to help bring greater balance and calmness to everyday living. Tuck a sense of humor in your pocket, and please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. Tina Devine, M.A., is an integrative arts practitioner with over twenty years’ experience in mind-body modalities. Using a combination of meditation, yoga, and creative process, she designs workshops and programs for both individuals and groups.
