Workshop leader:  Carol Bilek, MEd Based on an overwhelming response during the fall introductory session, VigR now offers a three session follow-up in which you will be trained in proper Whole Woman posture. The fall introductory workshop demonstrated that conditions of prolapse, urinary incontinence and/or hip pain, are directly related to our musculoskeletal system. This three-part workshop expands on exercises for your lower body, upper body, and pelvic support system. By changing posture, we may experience a change in symptoms or prevent these conditions from occurring. Would you like to decrease your trips to the bathroom, increase continence, and prevent, stabilize, or possibly even reverse prolapse? All of these improvements have been seen in women who follow this system. In some instances, lower back, knee and hip pain also improved. These exercises and techniques may prevent the above conditions, or help you comfortably remain in correct posture at home and at work. All of the exercises can be modified for various levels of fitness.
