Bring "MBSR" to your everyday life by attending this 6-week workshop. Learn new skills with the credentialed teacher and your group to maximize effectiveness of your practice and meet new people.  The sixth week is a retreat for reviewing all of your learned "MBSR" skills.  Bring a brown bag lunch that day to practice mindful eating.

Week 3 - Monday, 5/8 - 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Week 4 - Monday, 5/15 - 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Week 5 - Monday, 5/22 - 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Week 6 - RETREAT - Monday, 6/5 - 11:30am to 2:30pm

All MBSR graduates are welcome to retake this workshop at a discounted rate ($50) or to attend the June 5th retreat for only $15.
