Learning MBSR can help teach you to live life in the moment. Better sleep...improved wellness...management of chronic health issues...feeling more peaceful and present - all of these benefits, and others, are proven by research. Bring MBSR to your life by attending this workshop and then continue your practice at this mindfulness center if you chose. Learn new skills with the certified teacher and your group to maximize your practice while meeting new people. The workshop includes 7 sessions over 7 weeks. The last session is a retreat focused on reviewing your MBSR skills. If you are a MBSR graduate and want to fine-tune your practice, you can attend the whole workshop or just the final retreat date at a discounted fee. Minimum number of participants required.
