Using story-telling, creative techniques and mindfulness practices, the facilitator will help the participant identify areas of past loss that may have not yet been healed, ways of navigating current loss, and ways to build resiliency for the future losses that will be encountered. Learn mindful ways of grieving, developing self-compassion, forgiveness and acceptance in the aftermath of loss.
