Labyrinths are ancient patterns designed to quiet one’s mind, opening pathways for reflection, creativity and intuition. A Harmony Walk is a specific way to use the labyrinth to explore the concept of harmony. Holding tone chimes, walkers ring the chimes spontaneously; there is no set pattern, so the group is creating a unique musical sound with each step. No musical ability is required or expected. Take this opportunity to reflect on what being in harmony with others means to you.
