Last year in Pennsylvania alone, 270,000 people aged 65 and older were living with Alzheimer’s. In the next ten years, that number is projected to grow by at least 20%.

As Alzheimer’s impact grows so will your clients’ need for expertise in this area which is why Intervention Associates invites you to join our experts for the first of a series of panel presentations: Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Forms of Dementia: Diagnosis, Research, Care Management and Estate Planning Issues.

Meet the panel:

E. Nego Pile, Esq.: Nego Pile is a practicing attorney whose focus includes elder law, real estate law and estate planning. He joined Intervention Associates in 2013 as guardianship manager. In this position, he leads and oversees all guardianship, trust, power of attorney and representative payee accounts. He is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.

Lisa Pettinati, BSW, MS: Lisa Pettinati started her career working in the first shelter in Philadelphia for homeless women and children. Her knowledge and skills expanded as she added more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, helping individuals and families in crisis deal with mental illness and complex medical issues. Prior to joining Intervention Associates in 2014, Lisa fulfilled different roles and was promoted numerous times during her time working in behavioral health. Her expertise includes: management, consulting, intake and direct service. She earned an MS in administration of human services from Chestnut Hill College and a BSW from Temple University.

Gail Tomarchio, MA, LPC, BCC: Gail is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Board Certified Coach, and a certified yoga instructor. She joined Friends Life Care in 2012 as Director of Wellness Initiatives. Her expertise comes from years of studying human behavior, the Dimensions of Wellness, positive psychology, and habit change and integrating this information into every aspect of her work. Gail has also presented workshops on various wellness topics, written articles for wellness newsletters and an article on the positive role of mindfulness in the workplace.

Joyce McNally, RN, CMM: Joyce has been a Care Coordinator with Friends Life Care for the past 15 years. Prior to joining FLC, she worked in a renal dialysis center and hospice. Joyce has a BS in Human Services, specializing in gerontology, and is certified for Case Management.
