Jay served as a Plan Counselor at Friends Life Care for more than 20 years. In 2024, he announced his retirement but will remain involved with Friends Life Care in a freelance role as one of the Speakers presenting at seminars and workshops. Prior to joining Friends Life Care, Jay was a long-term-care insurance broker and held other plan counselor and sales-related positions.
