Kiersten graduated from Temple University with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She continued her studies professionally and received an Advanced Certificate in Gerontology from West Chester University.  Kiersten has a background as a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist in many settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, retirement communities, and community home care and hospice.

Kiersten’s passion is to keep people safely living in their homes! She believes aging at home should be the norm, not an unachievable desire. In order to incorporate her passion into her professional role as a Care Coordinator, Kiersten has received certification as an Aging in Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders and an Executive Certificate in Home Modification from the University of Southern California.

Kiersten looks forward to sharing her passion for Aging in Place with all Friends Life Care members. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 young children, and 2 dogs at their favorite Jersey shore point.
